Blade Runner (Five-Disc Complete Collector's Edition) [Blu-ray]

For me, there is no contest for the title of Best Science Fiction Movie of All Time. The Best Science Fiction Movie of All Time is, without any doubt, Blade Runner. Yes the movie is directed by Ridley Scott, and stars Harrison Ford, Sean Young, Rutger Hauer, and Daryl Hannah, so it has to be good. It has plenty of action and hot babes, but most importantly, without spoiling the movie, it makes you think about the meaning of life, what it means to be human, explores the riddle of the human soul more than any other. And of course you get a gritty and seemingly realistic vision of the future no other science fiction medium has ever offered. And how about the scene when Roy (played by Rutger Hauer) meets his own maker?

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I've watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die." Roy
