I just became a grandfather, three times! My son had twins and my oldest daughter had a son, all boys! My son is also stepdad to a six-year-old! So, I decided it was a good idea to start researching infant, baby and big kids stuff.

Where to begin? Well, kids going cars and kids go for walks. So, the first thing I thought I'd look at our car seats and strollers. I can't believe how many brands, types and styles there are. It's amazing, and it's confusing. And the prices are amazing too! You can spend $25, $250, $500 or more. The question is, is a $250 stroller or car seat 10 times better than a $25?

As we progress, we're going to look at cribs, kids beds and highchairs. All the basic stuff new moms and dads have to have. So keep watching. It should be interesting.
