All protein diets come in many shapes, sizes and durations. In most cases an all protein diet is just a starting phase of a diet plan or it may be a radical but short duration approach. One of the fastest ways to lose 10lbs for a wedding in just a week is to eat nothing but protein. Bodybuilders have been advocating all protein diets as an approach to chiseling away fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible.

Assuming you are trying to eat nothing but protein, what is the best way to do it? In short, the best answer is to eat nothing but chicken breast, tuna in water, egg whites, and broiled fish.
